Buffet tickets for guests

Guests may purchase the following items:

  • Wisconsin Dinner Buffet: Friday May 20th: 4:00-6:00pm:
    • $15 per person,
    • $17 per person after May 6th
  • Awards Buffet: Saturday, May 21st: 4:30am-6:30pm
    • $13 per person
    • $15 per person after May 6th
  • Location and Time will be assigned
    • Location will be one of the following:
      • Crystal Ballroom- Memorial Student Center
      • Great Hall- Memorial Student Center
      • Price Commons- Second Floor
  • Once on campus: tickets can be picked up at the Involvement Center Desk across from Brew Devils Coffee Shop,
    Lower Level, Memorial Student Center



After accommodating teams, some dorm rooms will be available for Non-Team Guests. These dorm rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and located in a separate dorm away from where teams will be staying. A reservation confirmation will be sent, as will "no-vacancy" notices should we reach capacity.

Thursday, Friday, & Saturday Overnights

$50 • Room • Night

Each room can accommodate 2 individuals, each in a single bed. Linen sets and towels are included. Guest should bring personal toiletries such as shampoo, soap and lotion. Minor guests must stay in the same room with another family member or with a non-relative minor of the same gender, a state & university safety policy. Male and female bathrooms, with private showers, are located centrally on each floor. All non-team guests will stay in the same building. We will attempt to accommodate multiple room requests on the same floor as space allows. Rooms cannot be canceled after May 1, 2016.
